Our family home is a single story ranch style house set on just over an acre. Its minimal with beautiful morning light, a lovely garden and pool area, and perfect for families, cooking and entertaining. We live in a semi-rural area (still 5min from trader joes and all the restaurants) with a beautiful public park nearby (Felicita Park). Our neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and very safe. The usable space for events/meetings is the Exterior only. There is one full bathroom that will be accessible. The home's many features include surround sound speakers, full outdoor kitchen, Pool and Hot-tub (heated on request and at additional fee), firepit, and Santa Maria Style Grill. There is a tree house and rope swing for little ones. Over a dozen fruit trees and always something growing in the large vegetable garden. We have 2 firepits, one wood burning, and one gas only, plenty of outdoor seating.
