The waiting area chairs can be arranged theater-style or in clusters for interactive sessions. Small Meetings & Presentations: The waiting room (seats up to 16) doubles as a conference area. Cleaning & Sanitization Process for Vermenton Pediatrics Clinic Space To ensure a safe, spotless environment for every renter and guest, we follow a rigorous, multi-step cleaning protocol before and after each booking. 1. Pre-Booking Deep Clean (Weekly) Floor Care: Vacuum all vinyl plank floors, then damp-mop with a hospital-grade, disinfectant floor cleaner. Surface Disinfection: Wipe down walls, ledges, and all cabinetry faces using an EPA-approved disinfectant spray. High-Touch Detail: Thoroughly disinfect door handles, light switches, window blind controls, reception countertop, TV remote, and HVAC controls. Exam Room Equipment: Remove paper from exam tables and sanitize the table surface, sink handles, standard scale platform, sharps container exterior, and glove dispensers. Staff Areas & Office: Clean desk surface, computer keyboard and mouse, printer controls, and cabinet handles. Trash & Recycling: Empty all bins; line with new liners. Disinfect interiors of each receptacle. Air Quality Check: Replace or clean HVAC filter if needed; wipe down vent covers. 2. Between-Booking Turnover (Per Reservation) Floors: Quick sweep or vacuum of any debris. Spot-mop visible marks near high-traffic zones and exam areas. Surfaces: Disinfect all work surfaces, armrests of chairs, and exam-table surfaces with sanitizing wipes. High-Touch Points: Spray and wipe handles, switches, and counter edges. Makeup & Staging Areas: Wipe down any tables or counters used for prep. Reset chairs and wipe armrests. Props & Furniture: Quickly sanitize exam tables, scale platform, medical carts, and any chairs moved during the last session. Restock Supplies: Ensure disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, and paper-table roll are replenished. 3. Post-Booking Inspection Quality Assurance Walk-Through: A staff member verifies that all areas meet our cleanliness standard, documenting any issues.
