At 1212 Intimate Event Space, we take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for every guest. Here’s what you can expect: • The space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after every event, including high-touch surfaces, restrooms, tables, and chairs. • Floors are swept and mopped, and all linens are laundered and refreshed between uses. • Trash is removed, and the venue is inspected to ensure it’s guest-ready upon arrival. We ask that all clients: • Remove all personal items and decor brought into the space. • Bag and dispose of all trash in the designated bins before leaving. • Return furniture to its original layout (unless otherwise agreed). Our goal is to provide a clean, safe, and beautiful space for your event—every time.
