The Property access for rental includes the historic Carriage house (with AC/heat, tables and chairs) and is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and brick patios and walkways. There's even a covered outdoor gazebo and patio space perfect for outdoor events like concerts and ceremonies. 60 is the maximum for in the Carriage House, but larger parties can be accommodated with the outdoor attached patio up to 100. Outdoor tables and chairs are also included in the rental. Rentals also include access to an indoor kitchenette & 3 restrooms. The beautifully manicured grounds in addition to being right next to the stunning mansion makes for an exquisite backdrop for photos. Our space is perfect for commercial shoots, showers, parties, small weddings, fundraisers, etc.
