Client is responsible for returning VER STUDIO premises to the state that it was in prior to the event. All property belonging to Client, Client’s guests, agents, and sub-contractors, shall be removed by the Clean-up by the End Time stated above. Anything beyond a single trash can’s worth of trash, Client must take with them and dispose of off premise. Any liquids must be double-bagged and trash must be placed in large can by the parking spaces. VER STUDIO is not responsible for any possessions left on premises during or after any event by Client, Client’s guests, agents, or sub-contractors. Client is responsible for any damage(s) to VER STUDIO and premises and the surrounding site and will be charged for any damage to VER STUDIO and premises.
