Coosa Commons – Cleaning & Preparation Process To ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for every guest, Coosa Commons follows a thorough cleaning and sanitizing process between each rental, including: • Surface Cleaning: All tables, chairs, counters, and frequently touched surfaces are wiped down with hospital-grade disinfectants. • Floors: Vacuumed and/or mopped to remove dirt and debris. • Restrooms: Fully cleaned and sanitized, including sinks, toilets, and floors. • Kitchenette: Countertops, sink, microwave, and refrigerator handles are disinfected and sanitized. • Audio/Visual Equipment: TVs, remotes, and any shared electronics are wiped down with disinfectant wipes. • Trash: All trash bins are emptied and liners replaced. • Ventilation: The space is aired out and ventilated to maintain fresh air flow.
