The spacious layout is also ideal for professional photo and video shoots, small gatherings, workshops, or any creative projects you have in mind. Features & Amenities: • Natural Light: Large wraparound windows for excellent daylight control, with blackout curtains available for lighting adjustments. • Photo Equipment: Comes with basic photography gear (backdrops, lighting equipment), a wardrobe rack, and multiple full-length mirrors for styling. • Sound System: there are speakers throughout the space that you can control through a desktop computer or via a wired connection to your phone. • Flexible Setup: Furniture and decor can be arranged to meet your needs, whether for a shoot, an event, or a workshop. • Your rental includes at least one staff member on-site during your shoot. Please note that staff may arrive shortly before your scheduled load-in. • Pre-shoot space tours are available, ask the host for a calendar link to schedule a visit. • Privacy & Comfort: Includes a dedicated dressing room and restroom with a shower, ensuring a private and comfortable experience. • Accessibility: the loft is on the second floor with stair access only.

We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene for every booking. Prior to your arrival, our space undergoes a thorough cleaning protocol that includes deep cleaning of all common areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. We disinfect all high-touch surfaces including door knobs, light switches, tables, chairs, and shared amenities using EPA-approved cleaning products. We provide a fully stocked hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels, plus hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content. All dishes, silverware, and provided amenities are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. The space is swept, mopped, and vacuumed, with all trash removed and fresh liners installed. Our cleaning fee ensures your space is move-in ready and covers basic maintenance, trash removal, and sanitation between bookings.
