With a wide open layout, minimal furnishings, and a full wall of south-facing windows, this studio offers the flexibility and aesthetic needed for a variety of professional projects. This space is perfect for: -Photography and videography (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, product) -Castings and self-tape sessions -Model development and coaching -Social content creation (TikToks, Reels, UGC) -Fittings, styling sessions, or small workshops Located in Studio A, the space offers a large open layout with polished concrete floors and an entire wall of south-facing windows that provide beautiful natural light throughout the day. The space includes: -A backdrop area with seamless paper rolls in multiple colors -Small white tables, clear acrylic chairs, and wood stools that can be styled for different setups -Full-length mirrors, rolling racks, and steamers for fittings or prep -Clean, unobstructed floor space to accommodate a wide range of equipment and creative direction The studio is housed within our agency office and is completely private during your rental. Restrooms are located in the shared hallway just outside the office.
