Please specify which room you prefer to host your meeting. The KimVy Room (pink decor) can hold meetings up to 18-20 people seated or 25 - 35 people standing. The KimThy Room and Koi Room go together for a booking. The KimThy Room can hold meetings up to 8-10 people seated or 15 - 18 people standing. The Koi Room can hold meetings up to 8 people seated or 10-12 people standing. Layout & Flexibility: Our space features three distinct rooms, thoughtfully designed to support a wide range of uses—from professional meetings to creative events and casual gatherings. The large main room (KimVy Room - pink decor) includes movable tables and chairs, allowing for full customization—perfect for workshops, team meetings, networking events, and more. A dedicated artist area (KimThy Room - is connected to Koi Room) is ideal for arts & crafts, project planning, or creative sessions in a relaxed, inspiring environment. A cozy lounge area (Koi Room - is connected to KimThy Room) with comfortable seating offers the perfect setting for informal gatherings, breakout sessions, or simply unwinding between activities. Guests have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, printing services, and a large display monitor, making it easy to host presentations, collaborate remotely, or share visual content. During your event, a staff of 1 -2 hosts will on site during your event to assist with any need or support.
