Inside, you'll find a thoughtful blend of lounge-style seating and a conference table that comfortably seats eight. Flexible workstations throughout the space make it easy to settle in and stay productive, while a private, noise-canceling phone booth provides a quiet place for calls or recordings. Accordion-style glass doors open up the space for an open-air feel, letting in ocean breezes and natural light. Step outside to the furnished balcony for a fresh perspective or a break between sessions. To help keep The Porch fresh and welcoming for everyone, please take a moment to: - Wipe down all used surfaces, including tables, workstations, and countertops. - Sweep indoor and outdoor floors as needed to clear dust or debris. - Dispose of all trash in the dumpsters located behind the building. - Please do not move any furniture. - The space should be returned to its original condition at the end of your use. Any additional cleaning required beyond normal use will be billed to you. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and comfortable space!
