The centerpiece is an impressive 18-foot black and white quartz island, perfect for catering, displays, or gatherings. For beverage service, the studio includes two dedicated bars—one black and one white—ideal for serving cocktails and refreshments. Adding to the venue’s edgy appeal, massive 16-foot wide warehouse doors remain open during your event, flooding the space with natural light and creating a seamless indoor-outdoor vibe that’s both cool and effortlessly chic. This striking architectural feature sets the scene for unforgettable moments and a distinctly urban atmosphere. Guests can relax in a cognac leather lounge area, furnished with two sofas, two armchairs, and accompanying coffee tables, adding warmth and comfort to the urban setting. The studio includes one restroom for guest convenience. Along one wall, black pipe and drape adds a dramatic, flexible element for privacy or decor. Enhancing the guest experience, the space comes equipped with a photobooth, complete with a custom backdrop and a festive balloon garland, making it ideal for memorable photo opportunities. For your event setup, the venue provides 50 acrylic chairs and round tables with your choice of black or white tablecloths. A Bluetooth speaker is also available, allowing you to play music directly from your personal device. Our event space undergoes a comprehensive cleaning process between each event to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. This includes a thorough cleaning and sanitizing of the bathroom, disinfecting all lounge furniture, and cleaning and disinfecting the island and both bars. Every surface is carefully wiped down with professional-grade cleaning products, so you can enjoy your event with peace of mind.
