The meeting space is 2280 square feet. This measurement includes the bar area but not the kitchen, foyer, and restrooms. Tables and chairs are available and included in the price of your rental. Rated capacity for the room w/ chairs (no tables) is 291 people. We do not recommend more than 100 guests with tables. We have 10 8’ Rectangle and 10 5’ Round. Both seat 6 comfortably. 4 high top cocktail tables and 80 black folding chairs. The renter agrees to maintain liability insurance covering the duration of the event and any related setup or teardown activities conducted on the premises. Such insurance shall include Commercial General Liability coverage with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, covering bodily injury, property damage, and personal injury. The policy must name Hamilton County Professional Fire Fighters Association as Additional Insureds with respect to the event. A Certificate of Insurance evidencing the required coverage and Additional Insured status must be provided no later than [5] days prior to the event. Failure to provide acceptable proof of insurance may result in cancellation of the reservation. If alcohol is served or provided at the event, Renter must also carry Host Liquor Liability coverage with limits not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and must name Hamilton County Professional Fire Fighters Association as an Additional Insured. All alcohol service must comply with applicable local and state laws. Proof of host liquor liability coverage must be included on the Certificate of Insurance. This space is primarily for use by IAFF members, but we offer bookings to the public as part of our community outreach. Our prices are low because we have no full time staff. Renters are responsible for set-up and clean-up. This time should be included in your reservation.

The building is thoroughly cleaned before each rental. Bathrooms, bar, and kitchen surfaces are cleaned and disinfected.
