Designed for clarity and calm, it features a large window and skylight that bring in ample daylight — enhancing focus and atmosphere. The room accommodates up to four people and includes an HD TV with ClickShare, video conferencing capability, and high-speed WiFi. Guests also have access to The Auction Hall, where self-serve bean-to-cup coffee, tea, and snacks are always available. Thoughtfully furnished and intuitively equipped, The Gun Room is a peaceful and productive environment for professional dialogue. The space forms part of The Auction Rooms by MOTA — a premium, design-led workspace in Edinburgh’s New Town. Thoughtfully restored in collaboration with award-winning designers, The Auction Rooms was named a finalist in the 2025 Scottish Design Awards, recognised for its excellence in workspace design and the architectural reinvention of a historic building.
