Clouter Creek Condo

This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the first floor of our grande home. My husband and I live upstairs. There is ample space outside on covered porches and under our beautiful grande oak trees. It is located on Clouter Creek but we do not have a dock yet(waiting on permit). There is also close proximity to i526. You can hear the highway outside but not inside the home. The space has a small table and desk inside. The interior can probably fit 15 people tops with some sitting some standing and the covered porches has ample room for a large table as well.
