Property is surrounded by more than 150 trees including. Lake shore option, your choice with a lake look or without, see photos. Popular uses: photoshoots, bridal parties, wedding receptions, intimate escape, stargazing, company events. Large mature shade trees offer plenty of shade for guests. Flower beds, pond, fruit trees way in the back offer an experience to those young and young at heart to explore. Open layout for you to create your theme. Various areas to fit many tables and chairs for your use: -- Long patio half traditional roof and half canopy, 50feet long and 14.5 feet wide. -- Long traditional lawn area in front of patio with a backdrop of large shade trees and garden beds. -- Long granite area under a forest canopy. -- Large lawn area. Use of this area for seating or tables eliminates the lake look option. The property’s trees provide a thick canopy of shade in two very large areas mitigating sun exposure and keeping your guests comfortable. The large lawn area can be converted to a pond, as pictured, an extra cost may be incurred depending on calendar of events. Bathroom: -- One private bathroom for you & your guests. -- Portable restrooms are allowed in designated areas. Bridal Room is available for an additional cost. Multiple seating areas for your guests to spread out, relax and take in the resort feel and capture memorable pictures and videos. Large country circle fire pit area seats +20. Sectional lounge fire pit area seats +8 Pluss more intimate seating areas scattered throughout the property Flexible Areas for you to bring in your party rentals: --- Tents Tables Seating Dance Floor DJ Stage --- Yard games Cornhole Bolo Pinata --- Volleyball Badminton Kickball Additional areas to accommodate your event: -- Parking for two food trucks or more. Adding food trucks reduces parking on property. -- Bounce houses -- Bounce houses with water features or slides **** All bounce houses require pre-approval, must be requested 7days in advance. -- Delivery/Box Trucks: Driveway available for box trucks to deliver your party essentials in the back, making it simple to unload and load. -- A second driveway is available for small to mid-size box truck access, may incur additional cost and must be requested and confirmed two weeks in advance. Electrical: -- 6 electrical outlets are available. I suggest you bring extension cords. I have a couple you may use free of charge, if they are damaged or not returned the cost will be deducted from the deposit. The replacement cost of the extension cords ranges from $50 to $150. ** IMPORTANT for you to know how many electrical outlets you will need and how much power you will draw. If you run several electrical items or a high draw unit it may cause loss of power. So far we have not had this happen. -- You are encouraged to bring in your own generator just in case. -- I have a generator available for an additional cost
