Pricing is dependent on space usage* The Ingress is a flexible meeting and workshop venue located in Raleigh’s Five Points area, just minutes from downtown Raleigh with convenient access to nearby neighborhoods and major roads. The space is well suited for team meetings, workshops, trainings, planning sessions, off-sites, client meetings, nonprofit gatherings, small corporate events, and professional networking groups. The main hall offers a clean, light-filled setting with white walls, neutral finishes, continuous wood-style flooring, overhead market lighting, and dimmable lighting. The open layout can be arranged for seated meetings, classroom-style sessions, presentations, group discussions, or open networking. Meetings booked through this listing include access to the main hall, patio, yard, and garden. Outdoor spaces can be used for breaks, casual conversations, lunch, breakout discussions, or a change of scenery during longer sessions. Tables and white bentwood chairs are included with Meetings bookings. The venue is best suited for meetings and professional gatherings of up to approximately 50 guests, depending on layout and setup needs. Larger professional gatherings may be possible and should be reviewed before booking. Good to know before booking: All booking time must include arrival, setup, meeting time, cleanup, and departure. A venue host will be on-site during the reservation to provide access, answer venue-related questions, and help ensure the space is used according to the approved booking details. Meetings bookings are intended for professional meetings, workshops, trainings, off-sites, and business-related gatherings. Meetings bookings are not intended for parties, showers, receptions, ceremonies, ticketed events, or social celebrations. Those should be booked under the appropriate Events booking type. Food and non-alcoholic beverages may be allowed for meeting or workshop use. Catered meals, coffee service, refreshments, and boxed lunches are welcome with advance approval. Alcohol is not permitted for Meetings bookings. Outdoor amplified sound is limited and must be approved in advance. No open flames are permitted. LED candles only. Furniture movement, room resets, outside rentals, or specialty setup needs must be approved in advance. Furniture, tables, chairs, decor, and equipment may not be dragged across the floor. The Ingress is a strong fit for hosts looking for a central Raleigh meeting venue with flexible layout options, included furnishings, outdoor breakout areas, and a clean, welcoming environment.
