With original hardwood floors, vintage architectural details, and abundant natural light, the space offers a warm and creative atmosphere for a variety of uses. Ideal for photo shoots, podcasts, small meetings, and creative workshops. Large windows provide great natural lighting throughout the day, making it ideal for content creation and lifestyle shoots.The layout includes a cozy yet spacious living room, a stylish dining area, and multiple flex spaces that can easily be adapted for interviews, recording sessions, or production setups. The kitchen and bathrooms offer a mix of modern updates and vintage charm, and three bedrooms can be used for wardrobe, staging, or as quiet prep spaces. Guests have access to both indoor and outdoor areas, including a private in-ground pool and space to relax, shoot, or gather between sessions.

Our space is professionally cleaned and maintained to ensure a fresh, welcoming environment for every guest. A dedicated housekeeper thoroughly cleans the home before and after each booking, including: Sanitizing high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, counters, light switches, etc.) Deep-cleaning bathrooms and kitchen areas Vacuuming and mopping all floors Laundering any used linens or towels Tidying and resetting all furniture and décor to its original placement Pool areas and outdoor spaces are also checked and cleaned regularly to ensure they are guest-ready. We ask guests to leave the space in reasonably clean condition and return any moved items to their original locations. Excessive mess or damage may result in an additional cleaning fee.
