A green house used for dining, lounge area, stone path with fountain and large front portion offer nice framing opportunities. Private access and gear van parking to side of yard making load in/out easy. Gravel lot is behind a sliding fence off the street and can fit a Toyota Tundra or Sprinter Van size vehicle.
