Before Your Event
• Full wipe‑down and sanitization of all tables, chairs, and bar surfaces.
• Thorough cleaning and disinfecting of restrooms.
• Sweeping and mopping of all floors.
• Sanitizing all high‑touch points (door handles, menus, light switches, etc.).
• Fresh linens, glassware, and tableware provided (if part of your booking).
During Your Event
• Our staff discreetly maintains cleanliness throughout your booking (optional depending on your rental type).
• Trash bins are monitored and replaced as needed.
After Your Event
• Removal of all trash and recyclables.
• Deep cleaning of dining and bar areas.
• Sanitizing of restrooms and high‑touch points again.
• Floors swept and mopped to restore the space to perfect condition for the next guest.
Extra Notes
• Basic cleaning is included in your rental rate.
• Excessive mess or damage may result in an additional cleaning fee, per Peerspace policy.
