Towels are professionally cleaned and replaced as needed to ensure that soft, spa-like feel every time. ✅ Wellness-Focused Touches We use low-fragrance, non-toxic cleaning products wherever possible to maintain indoor air quality and protect sensitive guests. Our HVAC system is brand-new and includes air purification for year-round comfort. ✅ Final Walkthroughs & Personal Inspection Before you arrive, a member of our team conducts a detailed walkthrough to ensure everything is spotless, stocked, and aligned with Casa de Ice’s hospitality standards. If something feels “off,” we reset it. Period.
