We take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests. Our cleaning process is thorough and designed to meet the needs of professional bookings such as photo shoots, meetings, and events. After Each Booking: All high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, countertops, remotes, etc.) are disinfected using EPA-approved cleaners. Bathrooms are deep cleaned and sanitized, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors. Floors throughout the home are vacuumed and/or mopped depending on the surface type. Kitchen surfaces, appliances, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized. All trash is removed and bins are lined with fresh bags. Fresh hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper are restocked. If the booking involved pets, additional cleaning and deodorizing is performed to ensure a neutral, clean environment for the next guest. Additional Details: We schedule at least a 2-hour buffer between bookings to ensure adequate time for cleaning and ventilation. Guests are encouraged to tidy up after use, and we kindly request that all items be returned to their original place at the end of the booking. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. If you have any special requests or cleaning concerns, just let us know in advance—we’re happy to accommodate.
