We take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and calming environment for all who use the TC Annex space. Here's how we prepare the office between each booking: All high-touch surfaces (door handles, desk, chair arms, light switches) are disinfected with hospital-grade or EPA-approved cleaning products Shared items like pens, tissues, and clipboards (if used) are wiped down and sanitized Furniture is returned to its original position and fluffed or tidied for visual and energetic cleanliness Decorative items are gently dusted or wiped down as needed Any trash left behind is removed Bins are emptied and relined if more than half full The space is checked for forgotten items or debris We open windows (when possible) or leave the door open briefly to allow fresh air to circulate between sessions A HEPA filter or air purifier may also be in use, depending on the day and guest preference Bathroom cleanliness and supplies are checked daily Shared waiting room is tidied and kept free of clutter, with furniture and materials straightened Floors are swept or spot-cleaned regularly Thanks to our shoes-off policy, the space stays cleaner and cozier for all
