🪽✨ This space is my personal boudoir photography studio, but when not in use by me I will be renting it out to others to create in. I designed the space with boudoir in mind, but it could be great for a multitude of other type of shoots. 🪽✨ The studio features large windows with great natural light, mirrors, and props available for use. When you enter the building there is a modern styled lobby with a bathroom, this area is shared with my building neighbor who is rarely onsite. You enter to the studio via a private door and walk upstairs (not wheelchair accessible, sorry!) entering in the lounge set with vaulted exposed ceilings for an industrial loft vibe and then a smaller flight of stairs leads to the bedroom set. The studio is two rooms and rather spacious! There are lots of areas with blank wall space for a simple studio look for portraits, head shots etc. There are a variety of chairs and block style end tables that can also be used for posing. 🪽✨ In the lounge set there is an optional Honey Birdette swing to pose on (can be removed for your booking if you do not want it at all in the room) with default of being in the room. I have extremely large angel wings, think Victoria's Secret runway style wings, which can also be borrowed for styling. In the bedroom set there is a small curtained area for privacy where models may change. There are many live plants which may be moved around at your discretion. All furniture may be moved, the mattress can either be on the industrial bed frame or moved to a mattress on the ground for a more BoHo look. The bed can have white sheets or black sateen sheets, please specify your preference when booking. Above the bed area is a ceiling canopy, which has the option of sheer curtains dangling around the bed set up to create a faux canopy, they can also be removed and you can opt for no canopy curtains. The space is very flexible and customizable and I am very helpful with styling / assisting if need be.
