BEACH ACCESS The closest beach is beautiful Madrona Beach—just a 5mins moderate hike from the house, or an 8mins walk / 1mins drive to the parking area. (Detailed directions are provided in the house guide.) RUSTIC & VINTAGE CHARM Built by hand in the late 1970s, this home offers a unique blend of mountain-style living by the ocean—truly embodying the spirit of the Pacific Northwest. SPACIOUS LAYOUT Main Level: Open kitchen, large dining area, cozy living room with wood-burning fireplace, one bedroom, and a full bathroom. Loft Suite: Primary bedroom with private bath and dedicated office space (note: loft is open without doors). Lower Level: Private living area with electric fireplace, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and lounge space. (Bunk room has privacy curtains, no doors.) OUTSIDE: Huge entertaining deck, fire pit, lots of outdoor games - corn hole, badminton, frisbee, croquet, ladder ball, basketball and relaxing views. HOT TUB: Brand new 7 seater hot tub on the lower patio. EV: 220V Outlet. Bring your own charger. TVs: There are 2 Smart TVs that come with many streaming options such as ESPN, Netflix Premium, Amazon Prime Video, Disney & more. (Bring your own streaming logins) FULLY STOCKED CHEF'S KITCHEN Equipped with a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, coffee maker, Instant Pot, toaster, water kettle, and more. We provide essentials like flour, sugar, spices, oil, coffee, and tea—plus all the cookware and utensils you’ll need. FAMILY FRIENDLY Traveling with kids? TOILETRIES: We provide all high quality toiletries such as toilet paper, soap, body wash, shampoo, towels, etc. so that you can can carry light :) CAMERA: There is a ring camera installed at the door and at the back of the home facing the backyard for your safety. No indoor cameras. LOFT: The loft upstairs is private & has no doors. There is a day bed with trundle, 2 closets and attached bathroom. The spacing between the railings is wide and young children need to be supervised in the loft. WOOD: We request guests to bring their own dura flame for indoor fireplace and outdoor firepit. Wood for any of the fireplaces is not included as part of the booking. GRILL: Flat top griddle to meet all your BBQ needs TRASH: Trash pick up is on Thursday, sometimes trash cans get full before pick up, pls leave trash bags next to the bins, we will pull them out on Wed and put them back on Thursday.
