The property is a Vintage roadside motel that is quiet, calm, and peaceful right in downtown Joshua Tree. There are 8 motel rooms with Dutch doors, warm pine wood paneling and kitchenettes. The Motel is also pet friendly. While the property is set in a desert landscape, the Motel exudes character and is reminiscent of Old Westerns. It is a unique space and has new modern touches with white linens and towels etc but is certainly a throw back experience visually. There is a communal outdoor seating area as well under a Palo Verde tree for afternoon shade and convening. The property is otherwise unencumbered by other buildings so there is tons of room for filming, etc. There have been movie scenes shot here in the past. I think music videos would be amazing as well.
