1. During the Event
• No eating or drinking is allowed on the patio or stairs area
• Use designated seating areas for food and beverages
• Please be respectful of landscaping and avoid placing items in planting areas
2. Trash & Waste
• All trash must be thrown out in the provided garbage bins
• Recycling items must be placed in the recycling bin (if provided)
• Do NOT dump any liquid beverages (water, soda, juice, alcohol, etc.) into plants, grass, or landscaping beds
3. Grill Use
• The grill may be used upon request — please leave it in clean condition
• Remove all food residue and wipe down surfaces after use
• Dispose of used foil, utensils, and trays properly
4. Protection of Property
• Please do not damage any furniture, lighting, landscaping, fencing, or other items on the property
• Do not drag heavy items across the grass or concrete
• Decorations must be removed completely after your event
• If renting signage or vehicles for photos, keep them within the designated areas
