Empty and sanitize trash bins; insert fresh liners.
Wipe down light switches, door handles, and high-touch areas.
B. Restrooms
Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, and countertops.
Wipe mirrors.
Restock soap, paper towels, toilet paper.
Empty and line trash bins.
Sweep and mop floors with disinfectant.
C. Kitchen/Bar Area (If applicable)
Sanitize all countertops and appliances.
Check and clean refrigerators if in use.
Sweep and mop floor.
Empty trash and insert new liners.
D. Supplies & Setup
Ensure all cleaning and safety supplies are stocked and accessible.
Place hand sanitizer stations (if used) in designated areas.
2. During the Event (As Needed)
Monitor and restock restrooms periodically.
Empty full trash bins discreetly.
Mop up spills immediately.
Wipe down surfaces in high-traffic areas (if applicable).
3. Post-Event Cleaning
A. General Area
Remove and dispose of all trash and recycling.
Stack and store chairs and tables properly.
Dust and wipe down all surfaces.
Vacuum or mop floors thoroughly.
Check for lost and found items.
B. Restrooms
Deep clean all toilets, sinks, and surfaces.
Refill all supplies (soap, towels, toilet paper).
Empty and disinfect trash bins.
Mop with disinfectant.
C. Kitchen/Bar Area
Wash and store all dishes, utensils, and equipment.
Clean inside and outside of appliances.
Wipe down and disinfect all surfaces.
Take out garbage and recycling.
4. Final Walkthrough & Sign-Off
Perform a full inspection of the space.
Report any damages or maintenance issues.
Log cleaning completion in the checklist or digital system.
Lock up and secure all entrances/exits.
