THIS is a small art gallery with a partitioned art studio. There are almost always exhibitions hanging in the gallery itself. However, the exhibitions can be temporarily de-installed if required. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. The space is long and narrow and split into three sections with the gallery first, then the studio and finally a storage room/office at the back. The studio can be used as a staging/crew area. The space is ideal for photo shoots, and film sets. Particularly those needing either pristine white walls or an art gallery setting with existing art. The gallery space is approximately 200 sq ft (20 x 10ft).
