Bar Lina Shoreditch is tucked beneath a Grade II listed former bank on Shoreditch High Street, originally built in 1868. While the ground floor is home to Lina Stores – an all-day Italian restaurant serving fresh pasta, antipasti, secondi and dolci – the building’s historic vaults downstairs now house our intimate Italian bar. Accessed via a separate entrance and staircase, guests arrive at Bar Lina, a low-lit bar inspired by Italy’s renowned drinking culture. The once utilitarian back-of-house has been transformed into a striking late-night hideout, featuring a monolithic marble bar stretching the length of the room, a glossy dark red colour scheme, exposed brickwork, and atmospheric lighting with a 1970s Italian edge. The bar accommodates up to 52 guests, with the original bank vault converted into a semi-private lounge for 12. Bar Lina Shoreditch offers a stylish, characterful backdrop for photoshoots, events and gatherings. The restaurant upstairs is also available for hire, subject to availability.
