We facilitate all forms of endeavors — corporate parties, networking events, music listenings, yoga classes, and everything in between. Studio Features: ⁃ 100 Person Capacity ⁃ Real Art ⁃ Two Private Bathrooms ⁃ Tables (can be removed or added to space) ⁃ Kitchen (sink, dishwasher, fridge) ⁃ Free high-speed internet - Lighting equipment upon request PLEASE NOTE: A damage deposit of $500 will be required upon arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded after the booking, provided that: - No damage has occurred to the space or equipment. - All studio rules have been followed. - The studio is left in the same condition as it was upon arrival. FOR LARGE EVENTS/PARTIES: Security will need be hired through our team and number of guards required will depend on expected number of guests.
