Dallas' Premier Historic Event Space Small events including receptions, baby showers, community events, meetings, photography, meet ups, bible studies, prayer meetings, small musical showcases, baptisms are welcome. Our space includes a back patio that is covered, a ramp for wheel access, the paved parking can be used for additional event space if desired. Host your next meeting, party, or production in a unique, private space just three miles from downtown Dallas. Nestled in a charming historic area, our versatile 100 year old venue offers a creative backdrop for any event, from corporate gatherings to intimate celebrations. Versatile & Well-Equipped Whether you're planning a team off-site, a photoshoot, or a small musical showcase, our space is designed to adapt to your needs. There is a screen above the display fireplace for use. Features include: Flexible Layouts: We can accommodate up to 50 people seated for a cozy dinner or up to 30 people comfortably for a more spacious arrangement. Ready for Events: Rent our tables and chairs to easily set up your event. We also have multiple couches that can be rearranged to create the perfect seating configuration which are included. Full Kitchen: A complete kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and ample counter space is available for catering prep or on-site cooking. We also have a caterer who has been trained at Dallas' finest restaurants including The Dallas Country Club and The Tower Club who can prepare everything from plated multi-course meals, buffet style, or relaxed breakfast and lunch grab and go style. Production-Friendly: The two large bathrooms can double as changing rooms for photoshoots or video productions. Our private setting ensures a controlled environment for your creative projects. There is plenty of natural lighting with wrap around windows and tons of charm with a covered front and back porch, a stunning staircase with original masonry and lots of nooks to catch the vibe. Audio & Music Ready: The space is perfect for small musical events or audio production, with no noise issues as long as music stays indoors. There are no shared walls. Perfect for Any Occasion Meetings & Workshops: Ditch the boring conference room and inspire your team in a creative, comfortable setting. We've also hosted community workshops, home buyer trainings, one on one consultations and all sorts of variety in this flexible space. Parties & Events: From birthday parties to intimate receptions, our space provides a unique and memorable atmosphere. Inquire about our alcohol policy, as we prefer low key events with no alcohol. Production & Art: Ideal for photography, video shoots, small art installations, and musical showcases.
