1. General Reset • Remove all trash, food, and personal items left behind. • Empty all bins and replace liners. • Open windows (if possible) for at least 15–20 minutes to refresh airflow. 2. High-Touch Sanitization Disinfect with EPA-approved cleaner: • Door handles (entry, bedroom, bathroom, balcony) • Elevator key fob / access devices • Light switches • Remote controls • Countertops & tabletops • Appliance handles (fridge, microwave, oven) • Sink faucets and knobs • Toilet flush handles 3. Living Room & Décor • Wipe down coffee tables, side tables, and shelves. • Vacuum rugs and upholstered furniture. • Fluff and reset pillows & throws for a polished look. • Dust décor, artwork, and surfaces. 4. Kitchen • Disinfect counters, backsplash, and island. • Wipe exterior of all appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher). • Sanitize sink and faucet. • Check and restock essentials (paper towels, dish soap, etc.). 5. Bedroom • Change all linens and pillowcases. • Sanitize bedside tables and lamps. • Vacuum floors and under the bed. • Refresh the room with light staging (pillows fluffed, blankets folded neatly). 6. Bathroom • Disinfect sink, faucet, toilet, shower, and tub. • Replace towels with freshly laundered ones. • Clean mirrors with streak-free glass cleaner. • Restock toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc.). 7.
