Outside, the balcony overlooks the river and can host up to 10 guests, while inside there is seating for 6–8 people (up to 12 indoor with hire of a larger table). It’s a beautiful spot for casual enjoyment, small intimate gatherings, or cosy dinner parties by the water. Original lantern lighting and a built-in heater create a warm atmosphere year-round. Steps beneath the boathouse lead down to a unique arched boat arch, preserving its historic character and connection to the river.
