This home has many unique spaces with very different vibes from each other so that you can move from one space to the next as your mood and event dictates. The main floor is a warm white with accents of natural textures (brick/wood) and a very neutral setting. Huge windows let in a ton of natural light, original wood floors from when the house was built in the 1800s, arched entries that show the history of the home. The kitchen on this floor is welcoming and warm as well with a large island built from an antique Chinese alter. There's a funky fun half-bath on this floor and multiple exits to the exterior yard and huge wrap-around porch. This space is great for mingling parties of 30-50, as you can easily flow from inside to outside and feel comfortable. Dining table seating can expand up to 16 inside and more tables can be added outside to accommodate if needed. The upstairs space is darker and cozier and is a lounge space with records, tons of games, a dining table for games, couches and comfortable lounging. The second floor also has the studio apartment, which includes a full kitchen and another living room/dining room setting. This space can be closed off from the rest of the second floor or the doors opened to make it accessible. The second floor also includes the master bedroom with en-suite. Two full bathrooms are on this floor. This space is better for smaller parties (7-16 ppl) or good for if you're planning to rent the entire house (more than 30 guests). There is a third floor, a loft, that is almost finished and will be another living room space and bedroom soon. This space would always be rented as an add-on to the 2nd floor and is not possible to rent on it's own. The whole house is available to rent as an overnight space or for events or photoshoots. Pricing varies depending on how much space you are renting and in what capacity (event/photoshoot or overnight). You are able to rent it by floor or space for photoshoots and events.
