INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Stunning views of beautiful Washington, DC landmarks - Seating for up to 45 - Fireplace - 2 pool tables - Foosball table - Kitchenette equipped with refrigerator and microwave - Wifi *TVs available but without sound* The lounge offers access to the outdoor area & outdoor seating, however, please note the outdoor area is shared with residents and exclusive access to the exterior space is not included in the reservation. Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite.

Our Cleaning Process: Our team performs a deep cleaning before and after every rental, including sanitizing surfaces, disinfecting high-touch areas, vacuuming, and wiping down furniture. By following this checklist, you help us maintain a safe, pleasant environment for all guests.
