This vintage one-story home in the iconic Paradise Crest neighborhood is perfect for video and photo shoots and offers a swimming pool (with diving board), hot tub, 1960s camper with working AC, large tiki bar on a covered patio, huge Mulberry trees that shade a massive lawn, vintage original pink and purple bathrooms, a 1960s jukebox and a band practice/performance space in the garage with full backline, PA and AC. Vintage cars can also be arranged for an additional fee.

The home is kept clean and further leaned before each booking. The pool is cleaned regularly and the chemicals in the pool atre maintained professionally by a pool service. The grass is trimmed before each booking.
