Perfect for gallery exhibitions, interviews, or product staging. • Black & Red Library Room – A dramatic and moody space lined with bold red and black walls, bookshelves, and eclectic décor. Ideal for editorial shoots, music videos, or as a unique set for interviews and creative productions. • Immersive Outdoor Space – Includes our retro conversation pit, Zippy Pals, double Party Line phone booth installation, colorful walls, and street-sign backdrops, all offering striking, stylized environments for shoots or small creative events. • Kitchen & Bathroom – Convenient amenities for crew comfort, catering prep, or greenroom use. • Gated Parking Lot – Secure, gated lot for easy load-in/load-out access.
