The bistro has already become a gathering place for locals, soccer fans visiting Sport Illustrated Arena, and travelers discovering the growing Harrison waterfront. Neighborhood Details: Located in downtown Harrison, just steps from the PATH train, Charley Bistro is surrounded by a vibrant mix of shops, parks, and restaurants. The neighborhood offers a true urban energy with easy access to Newark, Jersey City, and Manhattan. Whether guests are arriving for a casual cocktail night, a private celebration, or a corporate event, they’ll find themselves in a lively yet welcoming part of town. Logistics: The bistro offers a flexible, open layout with seating for approximately 65 guests (tables and chairs can be rearranged for dining, cocktail-style mingling, or private events). Guests have access to the full dining area, bar, and restrooms. Parking is available inside of the building, and the Harrison PATH station is only a few minutes’ walk, making it convenient for both local and out-of-town guests. Special Rates: We are happy to offer special pricing for non-profit events, weekday corporate gatherings, and larger private bookings. Rates may vary depending on the day of the week, time of day, and number of attendees. Please inquire directly for tailored pricing options. Our Cleaning Process At Charley Bistro, we take pride in providing a clean, welcoming space for every booking. Our team follows a consistent cleaning routine before and after each event: Dining areas and bar are fully sanitized, with all tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces wiped down. Restrooms are cleaned and stocked with fresh supplies. Floors are swept and mopped to ensure a tidy atmosphere. Tableware and glassware are washed, sanitized, and polished for your use. Event setups are checked before your arrival to make sure everything is ready exactly as requested. We want our guests to feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they step inside. If you have any special requests for cleaning or setup, just let us know in advance — we’re happy to accommodate whenever possible.
