Six of these suites are occupied by long-term beauty and wellness professionals who operate during varying hours throughout the week. This booking includes access to two private suites only: The Lounge Room (200 sq ft) Our lounge room is thoughtfully styled with comfortable seating, natural light, and warm, neutral tones that give your photos and videos a clean, modern look. It’s perfect for: • Lifestyle photoshoots • Podcast or interview setups • Client meetings or brainstorming sessions • Relaxation area between takes This space offers a cozy, welcoming atmosphere with an open layout that can easily be rearranged to fit your creative vision. The Service Room (140 sq ft) The service room features a professional treatment table and calming spa-like décor, ideal for: • Wellness or beauty service shoots • Tutorial videos or educational content • Product photography (skincare, wellness, or self-care brands) • Relaxed, intimate portraits This private room offers a serene, minimalistic feel that keeps the focus on your subject or service. Shared Spaces: Our waiting areas may be used for brief transitions, photos, or staging when services are not in session. If other providers are present, please be mindful of noise and respectful of clients coming and going. This listing does not include exclusive use of the entire building.
