Hi there! I'm Becky with Bloom and Gather Photography. I specialize in freezing time during the most fleeting seasons of life - weddings, newborns, and the "little years" with your kids. I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected!
As a mom, I understand that kids (and babies) need to have the space to be themselves in order to get the best shot. I want you to look back at these photos for years to come and immediately think back to how much fun you had - not how stressed you were. We take pride in keeping our studio spotless and ready for every booking. The space is professionally cleaned and disinfected before each session, with special attention to high-touch surfaces like tables, door handles, and equipment. Floors are swept and mopped, trash is removed after every booking, and all furniture and props are reset to their original placement so you can walk into a fresh, organized studio every time. Hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies are available on-site for guest use during sessions.
