Featuring an interior design studio that is perfect for a range of photoshoots, e.g., family, engagement, holiday, high school seniors, boudoir, etc. The space includes a large, beautiful dining table that seats eight comfortably, so it's also lovely for intimate gatherings such as small bridal showers, book clubs, and crafting events. (In total, there is seating for approximately 21 guests.) The space is open concept and approximately 670 sq ft, with an enormous stretch of windows spanning nearly the entire south wall. There are multiple vignettes featuring a curated selection of new and antique furniture, accessories, rugs, lights, and original artwork. There is one large living room vignette as well as two dining vignettes and two foyer-type spaces. Right now the color palette is greens, reds, browns, cream, gold, and a bit of blue - great for holiday shoots or anyone who loves deep jewel tones. There are lots of layers and textures in the space, with gorgeous antique and vintage items that can be incorporated into a shoot. (Examples include a vintage typewriter, a Victorian-era bird cage, gorgeous House of Hackney wallpaper, Chinoiserie screen.) Guests are welcome to move furniture and other items to suit their desired aesthetic. The space is on the second floor, and there is both a passenger elevator and a guest elevator. The studio has double doors, a bathroom vanity with a sink and mirror, and plenty of outlets for lighting and equipment. Bathrooms are available down the hall.

As an interior design studio, our space is kept clean and tidy for our clients and guests to enjoy. In addition to regular cleanings, we clean before and after events.
