This adaptable DUMBO studio is ideal for art exhibits, pop-up events, and creative presentations. With 12-foot ceilings, a flexible layout, and a large window for hallway displays, this space adapts easily to your gallery, production, or event needs. The canvas can be replaced with a large-scale painting (9' x 14') or custom installation material to suit your project. Minimalist in design, the studio supports a range of creative uses, including art showcases, intimate gatherings, workshops, and design-based pop-ups. Artists, designers, and makers are welcome to present, sell, or document their work in a professional and accessible setting. A studio manager is present on site during all rentals to assist with setup and logistics. The space is not available without a manager present.
