Private Entry into 1,000sqft of office space that has a large bathroom with stand up shower, kitchenette and separate room that can be utilized from anything from therapy sessions, photo shoots, massages, dance rehearsals or anything You might need. Upon entry there is a waiting room that is partially furnished with a desk, leather sofa, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot & electric 2 burner stove. There is another desk inside the office space along with chairs. Available for use are 2 spacious closets that is excellent for storage. This beautiful office space can be customized and/or furniture moved for personal preference.

• Wipe down all desks, tables, and countertops with disinfectant. • Sanitize door handles, light switches, and drawer pulls. • Clean and disinfect shared equipment (massage tables, therapy chairs, keyboards, etc.). • Wipe mirrors with glass cleaner. Furniture & Fixtures • Dust and wipe client chairs, office chairs, and side tables. • Straighten décor, magazines, and client materials. • Replace linens, towels, or blankets (for massage/wellness rooms if applicable) Air & Ambience • Empty trash cans and replace liners. • Lightly spray an air freshener or use essential oils (neutral scents). • Ensure ventilation or air purifiers are running properly. • Check for any lingering odors.
