It's a sunlit, versatile property perfect for photo shoots that want that midcentury modern, mountain charm. Spaces are design-forward and filled with art and character. It's just a short walk from the lifts and surrounded by alpine scenery, offering a rare blend of luxe indoor amenities and outdoor natural beauty. Layout & Space Use Main Living Area: A spacious open‐plan living room with a cozy fireplace and large windows opening to porch with hot tub and mountain views. This area is ideal for interviews, lounge setups, or capturing natural light for photography. Dining / Kitchen Zone: Adjoining the living room, a modern fully-equipped kitchen and generous dining table make an excellent setting for food shoots, branded lifestyle content or collaborative work sessions. Dining table is abstract and colorful, and gets great direct light from sun in late morning / early afternoon. Bedrooms & Loft: There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one each on each of the 3 levels of the house. Bedrooms are available for photography and/or changing. Outdoor Terrace & Hot Tub: Private patio in the back with hot tub, picnic table (that we can move on request) and mountain views. Surrounding Grounds: The property surrounding the house is about 0.4 acres of pine trees, with some spaces available for photo shoots in a more foresty/nature-centric area. What Makes It Unique / Amenities Short walk to ski-lifts and hotel accommodations at Palisades. We have a dedicated driveway (no garage) but it's flat — not always the case in Tahoe! The house is unique, well-designed, and has beautiful mountain backdrops — great for winter shoots or snow scenes. An aesthetically beautiful, cedar-lined (exterior) hot tub right on site: adds a luxe, relaxed vibe for lifestyle, wellness or influencer content. Homeowner MUST be present if you want to make use of the hot tub's woodfire heating, per county rules. Gas-powered fire­place plus original 1972, wood-clad architecture make for a warm, inviting, and interesting aesthetic. High ceilings and ample natural light make the property ideal for photography or filming. The surrounding alpine setting provides both privacy and the visual appeal of nature—trees, mountain silhouettes, snow (season permitting) all accessible. Fully functional kitchen and dining area make catering or craft services easy to accommodate. Bedrooms and loft provide flexible staging / prop / changing zones behind the scenes.
