The main room features six eight-foot tables, twenty-four chairs, two dedicated desks, and a comfortable lounge seating area. Tables and chairs can be arranged in several formats such as classroom style, U-shape, conference layout, or moved aside to create an open floor plan. The layout works well for group discussions, team sessions, breakout activities, and small events. The space offers a clean, neutral aesthetic that also works beautifully for photo and video shoots. Creators can use different areas of the room for lifestyle content, interviews, branding shoots, and small production setups. The room has easy load-in access and ample space for equipment. Guests have access to high-speed WiFi, a coffee/tea setup, a refrigerator, a restroom, a whiteboard, a printer/scanner, a Bluetooth speaker, and free on-site parking. A private office is also available as an add-on for meetings, interviews, therapy sessions, or as a changing room for productions. Security cameras are located inside the space and around the exterior for safety. The building offers a quiet environment that is well-suited for professional and creative activities. The space is cleaned before each booking to ensure a comfortable and sanitary environment. High-touch surfaces such as tables, chairs, door handles, light switches, and shared amenities are disinfected. Floors are vacuumed or swept, and trash is removed after every reservation. The restroom is refreshed and stocked as needed. Furniture is inspected and reset to its original layout so each guest arrives to a clean, organized, and ready-to-use space. Guests are asked to return furniture to its original position and remove any items they brought in so the space can be prepared properly for the next booking.
