This house sits on a nice, small lake with an unobstructed view from an oversized deck with a fireplace. The interior is uniquely decorated, with a large open living space (including an ante-room and kitchen) and several different rooms for a variety of video/photo shoots. This is the owners' primary residence; they will remain onsite during your video/photo shoot and the owners' suite will not be available (except by special arrangement).

Due to the fact that this is the owners' primary residence, bookings are significantly spaced out. The house is regularly maintained as a healthy living space.
