Standing on furniture is strictly prohibited to prevent damage or staining. Pets: Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. Pets need to be fully trained. Booking Time: All setup and cleanup must be completed within your reserved time. Bookings often occur back-to-back — please be respectful of start and end times. Overtime: Billed in 1-hour increments at 1.5x the hourly rate. No exceptions. Before You Leave: Return all furniture and items to their original placement. Leave keys in the studio, close the doors and message me before you head out. Noise Level: The studio is not soundproof; loud music is not permitted.
