The basement and front room also allow for indoor set ups with a roll out backdrop to create a photoshoot area. Family or multi-generation vacations: With free onsite parking, pet-friendly options, two full kitchens, washing machine and streaming services, it’s suited for extended stays and large groups. We take pride in maintaining a spotless and comfortable home for every guest. After each checkout, our cleaning team follows a thorough, hotel-standard cleaning routine to ensure the space is refreshed and sanitized: Full Home Reset: All rooms are cleaned top-to-bottom, with special attention to high-touch areas such as doorknobs, switches, remotes, and handles. Fresh Linens & Towels: All bedding, blankets, and bathroom linens are washed, replaced, and neatly restaged for your arrival. Deep Kitchen Cleaning: Countertops are sanitized, appliances are wiped inside and out, dishes are cleaned, and the fridge is emptied other than condiments. Bathroom Sanitization: Showers, tubs, sinks, and toilets are disinfected and restocked with essentials. Trash Removal & Supplies Refill: All trash is removed, and we restock paper goods, soaps, and other amenities so everything is ready for you. Final Inspection: Before every arrival, the home is double-checked to ensure everything is clean, functional, and guest-ready. Our goal is to provide a space that feels fresh, safe, and welcoming every time you stay.
