1200 sq ft | 3.5 Bedrooms | Natural Light | Production-Friendly Layout
About the Space
The apartment has already hosted large-scale film and photo projects, including a fashion editorial for Kiki the Brand (@kikithebrand), and filming for the feature film “Club Kid,” which brought a cast and crew of approximately 50 people.
This is a 1200 sq ft pre-war apartment located on a quiet residential block in Brooklyn, directly facing a historic cathedral. The space still features original architectural details—high ceilings, moulding, wood trim—combined with updated finishes and an eclectic, lightly styled interior. The layout lends itself extremely well to filming and still photography, with long sightlines, multiple shootable rooms, and a clean, neutral aesthetic that can easily be adapted to different productions.
Layout and Rooms
Full apartment access includes a large living room, oversized vintage kitchen, dining area, full bathroom, long hallway, and 3.5 bedrooms. The half-room can be used for wardrobe, equipment, HMU, interviews, or staging.

Dining Area: glass table and chairs, natural light, good for talent holding or catering

Additional Bedrooms: available for shooting or staging upon request
Bathroom: updated, clean, naturally lit
Hallway: long and shootable, workable for tracking shots or transitions
All decor and furniture can be moved with notice.
Neighborhood
The apartment is located in a quiet, low-traffic area that is sound-friendly and production-friendly. The cathedral directly across the street provides a visually striking exterior view from the windows.
Local restaurants, bodegas, and cafés are within a short walking distance. Street parking is readily available, and the subway is about a 10-minute walk away. The block is easy for load-in and ride share services.
