To keep the space ready for the next guest, please follow this quick cleaning process before you leave:
1. Remove All Trash
• Gather all bottles, wrappers, and personal items.
• Use the onsite trash bin for disposal (do not overfill).
• Take any overflow trash with you.
2. Restore the Space
• Return any chairs or shade structures to their original positions.
• Clear the turf of any items brought in for your class, event, or filming.
• Ensure no tape, decorations, or markers are left behind.
3. Wipe Down High-Touch Areas (If Used)
• Wipe down mirrors, door handles, or seating if touched during your booking.
• Remove any sweat, chalk residue, or spills immediately.
4. Check the Turf
• Make sure the turf is free of debris (leaves, trash, paper, etc.).
• Do not pour liquids on the turf—water only if absolutely necessary.
• Sweep or gently brush the turf if anything visible remains.
5. Audio + Electronics
• If you used the Sonos speaker, disconnect your device and make sure the system is off.
• Do not adjust or remove any mounted items or wiring.
6. Final Walkthrough
• Do a quick walk-through of the outdoor yard and access path to ensure it’s clean and clear.
• Double-check that nothing belonging to your group or vendors is left behind.
7. Lock Up
• Exit through the main door and ensure it closes securely behind you.
• Your access code will automatically deactivate after your reservation window.
